Remote Corporate Travel Sabre Agent (Afterhours)

AAA Club Alliance is seeking a talented Corporate Travel Agent to join our vibrant Corporate Travel after-hours team! This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from home within our territory, with a flexible schedule designed to accommodate your needs.

This is a work from home position; however, candidates must live within our territory:

Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, DC, or West Virginia.

**Work Schedule - All hours are Eastern Time (with some room for flexibility)

Sunday - 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Monday - 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Tuesday - 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Wednesday - 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Thursday - Off

Friday - Off

Saturday - 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

• The starting base compensation for this position is $21.78 to $32.26 hourly. The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.

As a Corporate Travel Agent, you will:

• Fulfill domestic travel requests for airline, hotel, and car rentals, ensuring the lowest cost for booked itineraries and maximum commission claimed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating travel-related information.
• Utilize SABRE GDS to manage corporate travel bookings.
• Promote acceptance of fares, rates, and suppliers that align with client travel program policies.
• Maintain professional and courteous client relations by promptly responding to telephone and email communications.
• Stay informed of airline rules, regulations, and current affairs to accurately advise clients.
• Achieve individual and contractual service level goals related to telephone, quality, and productivity.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of active Travel Consultant experience in the past 6 years.
• 1+ year of international travel experience preferred.
• Experience in Corporate Travel and proficiency in SABRE GDS required.
