We are looking for Remote Consumer Eligibility Specialist to join our elite teams. As a Remote Consumer Service Representative, you’ll deliver an amazing consumer experience, helping millions of consumers across the country navigate the mystery of health insurance enrollment through our award-winning cloud-based tools.     Responsibilities Consumer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing the highest level of service consistently. Primary Focus: Interview applicants to collect essential financial details to facilitate the healthcare enrollment process. Data Entry: Accurate application data entry and management of online chat inquiries. Problem Solving: Utilize creative problem-solving skills to assist consumers with plan selection and eligibility determination. Compliance: Interpret and follow defined procedures, policies, and regulated guidelines for all communication channels. Training: Participate in extensive self-study and testing; maintaining eligibility is dependent upon passing required certification exams. Required Qualification: Minimum 1–2 years of experience interpreting and applying Medicaid policies and regulations, determining Medicaid eligibility in a public assistance or professional environment. Previous Eligibility or Managed Care Organization (MCO) Enrollment Counseling Specialist are encouraged is a plus. Moderate to advanced computer skills with a high level of comfort learning new technology Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a self-motivated, success-driven attitude Preferred Experience: Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. RequirementsTo be successful in this remote role, you must have a dedicated, private, and secure workspace and meet the following: Age: Must be 18 years of age or older. Background: Must complete a background check and drug test within 3 days of offer. Connection: Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required. Compatibility: NOT compatible with Mobile Internet Service Providers (e.g., T-Mobile), Satellite, Wi-Fi internet access, or Wi-Fi adapters/extenders. Internet Speed: Minimum 35 mb/s with ethernet. Hardware: Personal device with a functioning camera is required for the initial 3-week training period. Pre-Employment Assessment: Candidates will be evaluated on a core competency set that includes written and verbal communication, technical proficiency (computer and internet navigation), and fundamental mathematical skills.  What we offer  Competitive Pay: $17.50 per hour, plus performance incentives. $19.50 Spanish Bilingual per hour, plus performance incentives.
