What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with individuals and families who requested information about available benefits
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom
• Explain available supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
• Answer questions and help clients make informed decisions regarding their coverage needs
• Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
• Support clients through onboarding and ongoing communication
• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
• Deliver a professional, client-focused experience built on trust and service
• Participate in training, mentorship, coaching, and professional development sessions

• Eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (licensing support provided)
