Remote Client Experience Coordinator

This is a remote position.

We are seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Remote Client Experience Coordinators. This flexible remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, researching options, planning experiences, and providing excellent customer service.

In this role, you will work with clients to understand their preferences and assist them with researching and coordinating vacation experiences, including cruises, transportation, activities, and other arrangements.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients, researching and presenting options, coordinating reservations, maintaining client information, following up with clients, and providing support throughout the planning process.

Previous industry experience is not required. Training, supplier education, and ongoing support are provided. You will have access to booking platforms, industry resources, and professional development opportunities to help you learn the business and build your client base.

This is a remote, flexible opportunity that allows you to work around your existing schedule and grow at your own pace. There is also an optional opportunity for individuals interested in leadership and team development.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
  
• Reliable internet access and access to a computer or laptop
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Customer-service oriented and comfortable working with people
  
• Basic computer and internet skills
  
• Organized with good time-management skills
  
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
  
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
  
• Comfortable communicating by phone, email, text, and online platforms
  
• Willing to complete required training and ongoing education
  
• Able to manage client follow-ups and maintain accurate information
  
• No previous travel industry experience required
  
• Sales, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
  
• Must reside in the United States or Mexico
