As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse clientele, providing exceptional support and embodying our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You will represent a company that provides personalised, all-in-one solutions for over 3,000 businesses across the US, offering everything from flyers and banners to professional exhibition setups.

Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Representative, your daily duties will include:
- Engaging with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate information about our products and services.
- Assisting clients with order placement, customisation options, and navigating our online platforms.
- Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently, covering everything from design specifications to delivery logistics.
- Developing a deep understanding of our comprehensive service offerings, including custom printing, event planning, and exhibition setups.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction.
