4. **Schedule Management**: Coordinate and manage travel and accommodations.

5. **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with client and key industry stakeholders such as vendors

6. **Financial Management**: Oversee financial aspects of bookings, including payments, deposits, and ensuring vendors are paid in a timely manner.

7. **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities to provide strategic booking advice to clients.

8. **Problem Solving**: Resolve any disputes or issues that may arise in relation to bookings.
