The Bidfast Specialist is responsible for identifying and purchasing salvage on behalf of IAA and verifying correct title documents for sale. Functions as a mentor to newer CSR’s and able to assist and resolve escalated customer service situations. Will perform management duties when the Supervisor or Manager is not available. Works closely with provider management to resolve any disputes.
