What You’ll Do

Connect with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs

Assess each client’s needs and provide personalized guidance

Explain life and supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally

Support clients through the enrollment process from start to finish

Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance standards

Provide ongoing client support including policy reviews and updates

Assist clients with beneficiary changes and general service requests

Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and communication

Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and team collaboration

Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required

Authorized to work in the United States

Reliable internet connection

Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam

Must be physically located within the United States

Eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (licensing support provided)
