Remote - Benefits Specialist Agent

Position Overview

We are currently expanding our remote team and looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join us as Benefits Representatives.

In this role, you will work with individuals and families who have requested information about available benefit programs. You will communicate with clients through phone and video appointments, explain available options, answer questions, assist with applications, and provide ongoing customer support.

This is a fully remote position with training, mentorship, and opportunities for long-term professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective and existing clients by phone, email, and video

• Schedule and confirm virtual appointments

• Conduct professional virtual presentations

• Identify client needs and explain available benefit options

• Answer questions regarding coverage and services

• Assist clients with applications and enrollment documentation

• Follow up with clients throughout the enrollment process

• Maintain accurate and organized client records

• Provide ongoing customer service and account support

• Follow company procedures and compliance requirements

• Participate in virtual training, coaching, and team meetings

• Develop strong, long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Professional, dependable, and organized

• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and video

• Basic computer and technology skills

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must be able to complete required background screening

• Customer service, sales, or retail experience is an asset but not required

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
