Position Overview

AO Globe Life is looking for ambitious, service-minded professionals to join our team as Remote Benefits Consultants. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping others, eager to grow their careers in a supportive sales environment, and motivated to earn based on performance—not office politics.

No prior experience? No problem. We hire for attitude and provide comprehensive training to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom (no cold calling).

• Assess client needs and recommend tailored life, accident, and supplemental benefit options.

• Educate clients on policy features and guide them through the enrollment process.

• Maintain accurate and compliant digital records.

• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and foster a performance-driven culture.

• Participate in weekly training sessions, team calls, and leadership coaching.
