What You'll Do

  • Connect with individuals who requested information about available benefit programs
  • Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
  • Explain available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
  • Recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on individual circumstances
  • Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Provide ongoing client support, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and general account assistance when needed
  • Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service
  • Participate in ongoing training, mentorship programs, and professional development sessions
