Remote Assistant Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Remote Assistant Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing designs for our online training courses, marketing materials, and website. You will work closely with our team of instructional designers, content developers, and marketing professionals to bring our brand to life.

Responsibilities:

- Design and create graphics for online training courses, marketing materials, and website

- Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to ensure graphics align with course content

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all materials

- Create visual elements that effectively communicate complex concepts

- Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques

- Assist with video editing and animation as needed

- Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

- Provide support to the marketing team for social media graphics and other visual assets

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate or agency setting

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

- Experience with video editing and animation is a plus

- Strong understanding of design principles and best practices

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

- Passion for design and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Contract Details:

This is a full-time remote position, with the option to work from home. The contract will be for an initial period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
