Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized care plans
Provide individual, group, and family counseling and therapeutic interventions
Coordinate care and connect clients with community resources, support services, and referrals
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, case managers, and behavioral health professionals
Advocate for client rights and support clients through crisis intervention when needed
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements:
Active Maryland Licensed Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW-C) license required
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
Experience in behavioral health, mental health, or a related clinical setting preferred
Strong knowledge of crisis intervention, case management, and community resources
Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
Compassionate, client-centered approach with a commitment to ethical practice
