Through discreet, Telehealth-first programs spanning hair loss, sexual health, skincare, mental health and weight management, we support thousands of patients navigating their health journey in a modern way. 

Our Clinical Services team sits at the heart of that mission — delivering safe, high-quality care through structured digital pathways. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join us full-time in a remote capacity.

In this role you’ll support a wide range of patients, improving their care and access to a variety of healthcare solutions through safe, evidence-based and patient-centred Telehealth services.

This role is available on a part-time basis, covering mornings and evenings, across both weekdays and weekends.

What you’ll do

On a day to day basis you will:

• Manage new patients throughout their journey
• Review patient information, including questionnaires or health inquiries, to determine suitability for specific treatment plans
• Assess patient symptoms, triage concerns when needed, and provide appropriate clinical guidance
• Collaborate with medical practitioners, pharmacists, allied health professionals, and other team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Share feedback for constant improvement of systems and processes to improve patient experience
  

Experience you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a flexible, remote work environment and has a good sense of humour. If you're someone who can combine the structure of admin work with clinical judgment and wants the freedom to shape your workday, this role is for you. The ideal candidate will have:

• Current practising certificate without restrictions from AHPRA
• Recent primary health care experience including in men’s health (ideally hair loss, sexual health, skincare, weight loss and mental health)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent technological skills
• Keen interest in Telemedicine
• Must be okay with shift work including weekends

Highly regarded:

• Experience in Telehealth or digital health
• Exposure to men’s health, dermatology, weight management or sexual health
• Familiarity with asynchronous models of care
