We’re looking for a talented, entrepreneurial
Regional Sales Manager to help us expand our footprint in the Central & Western European market. You’ll play a key role in our Central & Western European team, especially if you are based in
Switzerland,
Italy, or
the UK (the Midlands or North West England (Manchester/Liverpool, with willingness to travel to London). In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with an experienced commercial lead already established in the region. As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving Wundermart’s continued growth. You’ll manage the full commercial cycle, from identifying prospects and pitching our solution to signing new partners and launching new shops.
You won’t be starting from scratch. You’ll build on the strong foundation we’ve created, with support from HQ and in close collaboration with our commercial lead on the ground.
You can expect to spend a significant amount of time visiting hotels, introducing them to our tech-driven shop concept, building strong relationships, and becoming a well-known name in the local hotel industry.
You’ll work hand in hand with your commercial colleague to coordinate efforts, share insights, and drive performance within your market.
Your key responsibilities.
- Own your regional pipeline from first contact to signature
- Actively approach new prospects through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and inbound leads
- Drive new business by signing and opening shops in your region
- Work with both individual hotels and hotel chains/groups
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the hospitality sector
- Be a trusted local expert – representing Wundermart in your region
- Collaborate closely with other teams and help improve our offering through feedback and data
- You live in or near Switzerland, Italy, or the UK (the Midlands or North West England), with flexibility to travel between cities occasionally
- You have a valid driver’s license
- You bring 3+ years of experience in a commercial, client-facing role
- Experience in hospitality, retail tech, or B2B sales is a big plus
- You have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Hospitality
- You speak English fluently (Italian and/ or French is a plus)
- You’re a self-starter: proactive, goal-oriented, and hands-on
- You build relationships with ease and know how to close a deal

- Salary range: €3.600 – €4.000 gross/ month, based on experience.
