Position Summary
This position is responsible for INDIA 1 Level planning & execution of Demand Generation plan. This position is a strategic position with the responsibility of assessing market opportunity for our existing brands and making plans and drive desired grow of our business in the region.
Location: Lakhimpur, Uttar Pradesh
The role: (Responsibilities)
Responsible for leading demand generation activities for the region and deliver the liquidation goals as per the business plan.
Accountable for effective commercialization launch of new products following the new launch process.
Develops annual goals and objectives for Demand Generation Team.
Prepares the resource plan and budget plan for the Region by closely working with Sales, Marketing & Commercial Effectiveness Leadership.
Accountable for maintaining and improving productivity levels of field resources and critical demand generation activities for the region.
Responsible for Budget Management & ensuring that Demand Generation team is delivering the goals within the budget.
Work closely with strategic and Brand Managers for Market Segmentation, Portfolio Positioning & Crop wise, Product Wise Strategy.
Work Closely with Zonal Manager – Sales and Marketing and Sales Team for effective utilization for resources and activity planning.
Work Closely with Marketing Agency for onboarding and training.
Accountable for adoption of strategic initiatives like Market Unit Activity Planning and Tracking, Large Plot Demos (New Commercialization -2 and 01 Year), Demo Plots, Online training module, Archer adoption (Archer is mobile based app entire Marketing Agency MIT Team has the app to report activities and must report daily basis as per the task allotted to them by AMM in advance
Systematically work for developing teams and hand holding them for better career aspirations.
The candidate: (Requirements)
B.Sc./ M.Sc. in Agriculture. MBA in Marketing will be highly preferred.
10 to 12 years of experience in Field Marketing in agrochemical industry.
Should have successful track record of sales growth, financial performance and individual/ team development.
Should have proven past experience in developing strong and long-lasting relationships with customers, including growers and distributors.
Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills, proficient in oral and written English
Ability to motivate and inspire the sales force and build high performance culture
Good analytical ability
Result oriented and customer focus
Effective decision maker
Good problem-solving ability, influencing people and negotiating
Strong relationship building skills (Customer Relationship)
Business acumen - Strategic thinker – Big picture thinking ability
Enthusiastic with high level of initiative and passionate sales professional
Good at working under pressure and managing necessary results from team
