About The Role
The Regional Manager is responsible for driving business performance, operational excellence, and team development across all Margaux retail locations within their assigned region. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Retail, this role serves as the primary leader for store-level execution, ensuring consistent delivery of the Margaux brand experience while achieving sales, service, and operational goals.
The Regional Manager oversees all Store Managers and is accountable for talent acquisition, employee development, sales performance, operational standards, inventory and product ownership, and overall store profitability. This role requires a highly organized, results-oriented leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
What You’ll Do:
Leadership & Talent Management
- Directly manage and develop all Store Managers within the region.
- Lead all store-level recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and succession planning.
- Build and maintain high-performing teams that embody Margaux’s values and service standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching conversations, and development planning.
- Partner with the People team on employee relations, performance management, and organizational initiatives.
Sales & Business Performance
- Own and deliver regional sales goals, profitability targets, and key business metrics.
- Analyze sales trends, customer insights, and performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop and execute action plans to drive traffic, conversion, average order value, and client retention.
- Hold Store Managers accountable for achieving financial and operational objectives.
- Partner with the Vice President of Retail on regional business strategies and growth initiatives.
Retail Operations
- Ensure consistent execution of all operational standards, policies, and procedures across stores.
- Maintain excellence in customer experience, visual merchandising, inventory management, and store presentation.
- Monitor labor productivity and scheduling to support both business needs and financial goals.
- Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead implementation of new processes, systems, and company initiatives.
Product Ownership
- Serve as the primary retail owner of product performance across all stores.
- Monitor inventory levels, assortment productivity, stock health, and replenishment needs.
- Partner with Merchandising, Planning, and Operations teams to optimize product placement and availability.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, regional trends, and product opportunities.
- Ensure Store Managers maintain strong product knowledge and merchandising standards.
Customer Experience
- Champion a best-in-class client experience across all retail locations.
- Ensure teams deliver exceptional service that reflects the Margaux brand.
- Address escalated customer concerns and identify opportunities to enhance the client journey.
- Foster a culture of hospitality, relationship-building, and clienteling
Success Measures
- Achievement of regional sales and profitability goals.

Qualifications
- 5-7 years of retail management experience, with at least 2-3 of those years as a store manager or multi-unit leader, preferably within luxury, premium, or specialty retail.
- Proven track record of leading teams and delivering strong sales results.
- Experience managing hiring, performance management, and employee development.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive performance.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel regularly between store locations.
