The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger management. They will also focus on building scalable financial infrastructure, automating workflows, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

The Head of Growth will own the end-to-end growth strategy, including forecasting, performance reporting, and leading paid channels heavily leveraging AI for optimization. They will also manage retention/lifecycle marketing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) in partnership with eCommerce.
