Lead and develop a regional team of Treatment Site Leads to ensure operational readiness and execution for an oncology mRNA-based therapy. Act as the primary regional escalation point to remove barriers and align cross-functional field teams for a positive customer experience.

Job Description

Our company is preparing for the potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early stage melanoma which involves operational complexities for treatment sites and requires close coordination with cross-functional partners. To ensure site readiness and support consistent site execution, our company is seeking Field Leaders to build, establish and lead a team of field-based Treatment Site Leads (TSLs). TSLs serve as the primary field-based point of contact to educate treatment sites on the practical, logistical, and operational requirements necessary to onboard the product effectively, inform treatment sites about helpful workflows and tools related to this product, and sustain reliable end-to-end execution through steady-state operations following potential FDA approval.

The Regional Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead, is accountable for leading, coaching, and developing a regional team of Treatment Site Leads and ensuring their team delivers consistent, compliant, high-quality operational execution across treatment sites in their region—from onboarding and readiness through end-to-end process execution and steady-state operations.

This role requires a strategic field leader who operates effectively in white space, brings strong treatment-site or account-based operational experience, and is skilled at leading teams through complexity. The successful candidate will be able to inspire high performance, translate strategy into field execution, and ensure treatment sites receive coordinated, reliable, and aligned operational support throughout the launch journey and beyond.

This is a field-based non–demand generating role and is non-promotional.

Primary Activities & Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of diverse, customer-centric, and integrated regional team of Treatment Site Leads (TSLs) to deliver operational support across all assigned treatment sites in their region.

  • Oversee execution of treatment site onboarding and readiness activities, ensuring TSLs deliver process-focused education using approved resources to support initial site implementation and ongoing operational support.

  • Establish and reinforce a high standard of operational excellence across the region by monitoring field execution, identifying performance gaps, and coaching TSLs to address issues proactively and compliantly.

  • Drive seamless collaboration between Treatment Site Leads and cross-functional oncology field teams as approved to support an aligned, effective, and positive customer experience across the treatment sites.

  • Serve as the primary regional escalation point for treatment-site operational challenges, helping remove barriers and mobilize appropriate resources to support reliable site execution.

  • Translate national treatment-site strategy and priorities into clear regional execution plans and ensure consistent implementation across the TSL team.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the operational requirements associated with individualized neoantigen therapy, ensuring TSLs are equipped to educate sites on workflows, logistics, technology platforms, and compliance requirements.

  • Analyze regional performance and site readiness metrics to inform coaching, resource allocation, workforce planning, and continuous improvement opportunities.

  • Synthesize field insights and site feedback to inform headquarters stakeholders on process enhancements, tool development, training improvements, and strategic planning related to treatment site operations.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, learning, collaboration, and operational excellence across the TSL team.
