We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team remotely . If you have a passion for talent acquisition and hands-on experience hiring within Gulf markets, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
-Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels.
-Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews.
-Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
-Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
-Handle job postings, CV screening, and candidate shortlisting.
-Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
-1–3 years of proven experience in recruitment.
-Previous experience hiring in GCC countries is a must.
-Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
-Pervious Experience in Using ATS.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
-Fluency in English.
-Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
