LauLau is seeking a results-driven Sourcing Expert to join our team. You will lead the end-to-end sourcing and screening of specialized offshore professionals for our growing US small business client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Source experienced accounting and paralegal candidates tailored to US client specifications.
• Conduct comprehensive screening, initial interviewing, and vetting of specialized applicants.
• Build and manage talent pipelines to ensure immediate placement readiness.
• Assess candidate qualifications against rigorous technical and reliability standards.
• Coordinate candidate movement efficiently through the internal recruitment lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience recruiting specialized staff for US-based clients.
• With experience in sourcing Accountants and Paralegals for US-based clients.
• Deep proficiency with specialized talent acquisition and resume filtering tools.
• Excellent English communication skills.
