Core Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and facilitate hiring candidates that match client job requirements: Job description, pay, and culture fit
- Secure clear commitments from candidates about job offers
- Work on multiple jobs simultaneously
- Meet monthly hiring targets
- Follow recruitment standards on data privacy and protection
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
Work Setup & Culture:
- Work from Home: ensure steady reliable internet and power to support uninterrupted video interviews and meetings
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM (MNL)
- High trust, high responsiveness, high visibility, high output: no clock in and out, but you must be responsive during your shift, and hit targets
- High reward: once targets are met, incentives are uncapped!

Requirements
- You have at least four years of experience in Recruitment or HR
- You communicate fluently in English (both verbal and written)
- You are self-motivated and work well independently
- You have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) (preferred but not required)
- You can hit hiring targets and deadlines without compromising quality
- You’re comfortable working as an independent contractor (handling your own taxes & benefits)
- You can complete the Recruiter Assessment as part of the hiring process
