Recruitment Consultant - Branch Licensee

We are giving experienced recruitment agents the chance to take on board their own business where you and the team you build into the future will be responsible for. 

This opportunity has on target earnings of $180k + in year 1 and $300k plus in year two and beyond.  Earnings are uncapped and you can build a team

Recruitment

• Fast-paced filling of blue-collar roles
  
• Marketing roles on job boards, via social media and text/email to database
  
• Collecting accurate documentation of work rights, high-risk licenses and qualifications
  
• OH&S checks and follow-up calls
  

Sales

• Site visits, with existing clients
  
• Account management
  
• Entertaining existing clients
  

Requirements

What you must provide

A home or serviced office space that has

• A PC / laptop
  
• Suitably fast internet connection
  
• Mobile phone
  
• Maintain minimum standards of our compliance, branding and growth.
  
• An ABN
  

Requirements to Entry

We are looking for individuals with recruitment agency experience who are driven and looking to do things differently.

• Previous agency recruitment experience 
  
• Significant local knowledge and network
  
• Expertise in the trades / blue collar sector.
