Hiring: Recruiters for Romania & Poland Location

Location – 100%Remote

N Consulting Ltd is looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Romania and Poland, supporting both contract and permanent hiring.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer stage
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies
• Conduct interviews and provide candidate feedback
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and metrics

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment (preferably consultancy)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team

🔹 Nice to Have:

• Industry-specific recruitment experience
• Knowledge of current recruitment trends
• HR/recruitment certification
