About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented HR professionals to join our staffing & consultancy firm. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in recruitment, client coordination, and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across industries
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
  
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
  
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
  
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates and clients for feedback
  
• Assist in offer roll-outs and onboarding coordination
  
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing requirements
  
• Ensure timely closure of positions within deadlines
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
  
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, or consultancy preferred
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
  
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  
• Organized, target-driven, and proactive mindset
  
• Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
  

Experience

• HR Executive / Recruiter: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / staffing
