Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Real Estate Photo Editor to join an overnight editing team, turning around high-quality property listing images for real estate clients. The ideal candidate is a self-driven problem solver with excellent English, a strong eye for design, and the agency to take ownership of each order from start to finish. Hands-on experience editing real estate photos is strongly preferred, and experience with Affinity, Adobe Photoshop or generative AI retouching is highly desirable. Strong graphic designers without real estate editing experience will also be considered, as training can be provided. Familiarity with the Australian property market is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and retouch real estate listing photos to a consistent, professional standard
• Correct exposure, colour, white balance, and perspective across interior and exterior images
• Perform retouching tasks such as object removal, sky replacement, and lawn or window enhancement
• Use generative AI retouching tools where appropriate to speed up and improve edits
• Work overnight shifts to process and deliver orders within agreed turnaround times
• Read and follow client instructions and order notes accurately, clarifying anything unclear in writing
• Apply basic maths accurately when checking and completing orders
• Identify and resolve problems with images or orders independently, escalating only when needed
• Quality-check all completed images before delivery to ensure nothing is missed
• Communicate clearly in written English with the team and clients on order progress and issues
• Suggest improvements to editing workflows, presets, and quality standards

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Strong, natural problem-solving ability (mandatory)
• Competence with basic maths (mandatory)
• A high sense of agency, with the ability to take ownership and work without close supervision (mandatory)
• Experience editing real estate photos, or a strong eye for design (strongly preferred)
• Experience with Affinity is preferred
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and generative AI retouching tools (strongly preferred)
• Strong graphic design skills will be considered in place of real estate editing experience, with training provided
• Familiarity with the Australian real estate market is preferred
• High attention to detail and consistency across large batches of images
• Availability to work overnight shifts on a full-time basis
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable computer setup and internet connection suitable for image editing
