We are looking for a Founding Engineer with strong experience in React Native and React.js to build and scale products from scratch. You will work closely with the founders to translate ideas into high-quality mobile and web applications, while shaping the product, architecture, and engineering culture.
Key Responsibilities
Build mobile and web products from 0 to 1 using React Native and React.js.
Own the complete development lifecycle, from architecture and development to deployment and monitoring.
Develop scalable, reusable, and high-performance frontend components.
Integrate applications with backend APIs, databases, authentication, and third-party services.
Work closely with founders, designers, and product teams to define and launch new features.
Make key technical decisions and establish engineering standards and best practices.
Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and user experience.
Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with React Native, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience building and launching products from scratch.
Strong understanding of mobile and web application architecture.
Experience with REST APIs, state management, authentication, and third-party integrations.
Familiarity with mobile app deployment on the App Store and Google Play Store.
Product-first mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
