RDI Brazil - Senior Software Developer - C#/.NET

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET to join our engineering team.

In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable software solutions, working closely with technical and cross-functional teams in a global environment. We are looking for someone with solid software engineering fundamentals, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to contribute independently to complex technical initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C#/.NET.
• Contribute to technical design and architectural decisions.
• Develop and maintain APIs and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify effective solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and promote software development best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, Product, QA, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Share technical knowledge and support other engineers when needed.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning, estimation, and delivery activities.

What We're Looking For

• Strong professional experience with C#/.NET.
• Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Experience developing APIs and integrating systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Comfortable communicating in English in both written and verbal interactions, as you will be part of a global team and participate in meetings and discussions in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with JavaScript.
• Experience with C++.
• Experience with Next.js.
• Experience working with large-scale or customer-facing digital platforms.
• Experience supporting global products or working with distributed engineering teams.
