Kornit Digital, a leading-edge company that develops, manufactures and markets state-of-the-art printing solutions for the textile, garment & apparel decorating industries, looking for a Mechanical Designer

 Reports to: Mechanical Team Leader

 Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'ayin

What will you do?

• Mechanical design and implementation of multi-disciplinary printing systems.
• Lead the mechanical design from feasibility through all design and product life cycles.
• Take part in relevant professional forums and multi-disciplinary workgroups.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
• Provide technical support of manufacturing, assembly and product support groups.
• Technical support of functional and reliability testing.

Requirements

What should you have?

• BSc. in Mechanical Engineering (Higher degree - an advantage)
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in mechanical design preferably in a multidisciplinary R&D.
• Experience in design of at least one of the following fields, good knowledge of others: mechanics of structures, fluid mechanics, automation, mechanisms.
• Knowledge and experience in mechanical assembly processes.
• Knowledge and experience in mechanical manufacturing technologies (machining, castings, sheet metal, etc’).
• Experience in Solid Works.
