• Follow up outstanding defect and sales quotations with clients via phone and email.

• Convert approved quotations into jobs for scheduling and delivery.
• Prepare and complete major service quotations using company systems and templates.
• Liaise with the Operations Manager regarding quotation priorities and technical requirements.
• Maintain accurate quotation records and customer information.
• Monitor outstanding quotations and provide regular status updates.
