Prepare financial reports and account reconciliation reports, ensuring maintenance of ledgers and timely tax document preparation. Manage accounts payable and receivable activities while maintaining financial records according to company policies.
Job Description:
- Prepare financial reports and account reconciliation reports according to company policies on a periodic basis.
- Ensure maintenance of the general and subsidiary ledgers.
- Prepare tax documents for timely filing of company tax.
- Prepare and adjust finance journal entries as required.
- Assist in managing account payable and receivable activities.
- Reconcile monthly general ledger balance, invoices, and credit card statements.
- Maintain all financial records and files as per the company policies.
- Manage all bill payments and customer invoicing as per the deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Financial Management or any related course
- With QuickBooks online certification. Quickbooks ProAdvisor Certification is a plus
- Must have at least 1-3years work experience in US client bookkeeping
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Proficiency in MS Office and Quickbooks, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs, is a plus
