Infios is looking for a talented and motivated Quality Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, development, and maintenance of robust automation frameworks. You will work in a fast-paced Agile environment, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Build a strong understanding of product architecture and identify opportunities to enhance automation and design

  • Deliver high-quality results aligned with project metrics for velocity, quality, and estimation accuracy

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in automation and testing approaches, adopting new technologies as needed

  • Contribute to process and workflow improvements while adhering to team standards

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align on requirements and deliver solutions that meet business goals

  • Communicate effectively through clear documentation, code demos, and concise written updates


What you bring to the team:

  • Fluent in English

  • 3-5 years of experience in software automation development

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in an Agile development environment

  • Proven ability to independently design and develop automation frameworks

  • Experience mentoring or guiding more junior team members

  • Demonstrated ability to articulate a major technical problem and its corresponding solution

  • Experience in a Microservice environment with services created from scratch and deployed to the cloud

Preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management domains
