The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for evaluating and approving all marketing deliverables to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance. This role also oversees podcast production standards and manages internal review workflows to prevent operational delays.
We’re looking for a
Quality Control Specialist that is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment of all marketing content produced across our brands. This role plays a critical part in maintaining
high standards of communication, credibility, and compliance, especially as our marketing output increases across multiple service lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Review: Evaluate and approve every marketing deliverable before publication or launch (copywriting, graphic assets, email campaigns, landing pages, and paid ads) for accuracy, grammar, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Podcast Quality Control: Oversee the audio and video editing of podcast episodes, ensuring high technical standards (audio cleanup, equalization, smooth transitions, seamless cuts) and narrative standards (message coherence, tone of voice, and zero errors or omissions).
- Workflow Management:
Establish, optimize, and enforce pre-launch review and approval processes to prevent operational errors or content calendar delays.
- Cross‑Team Collaboration: Work closely with Paid Media, CRO, and Content teams to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Compliance Monitoring: Verify that content complies with industry standards, especially for immigration‑related services.
- Performance Feedback: Provide structured feedback to creators and suggest improvements to enhance clarity, engagement, and conversion potential.
- Multi‑Brand Oversight: Adapt quality criteria to the unique positioning and audience of each brand.
- Documentation: Maintain quality guidelines, checklists, and review logs for internal use.
Requirements & Qualifications
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Strong English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Based in LATAM (time‑zone alignment with Marketing team).
- 2+ years of experience in Audiovisual Production / Podcasting, Quality Control, Content Review, Marketing Operations,
production coordination, or project management within marketing agencies or media companies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies quickly.
- Ability to work with multiple brands simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint), Quality Management, Content Editing, Podcast Production, or Art Direction.
Nice to Have
- Experience with A/B testing creatives and landing pages.
- Familiarity with additional paid channels (YouTube Ads, Display, or retargeting strategies).
