About the Role

Circle of Greatness is looking for a highly detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to serve as the final checkpoint before client-facing work is released.

The ideal candidate has an exceptional eye for detail and enjoys finding errors, testing functionality, and making sure that every deliverable meets the expected quality standards before it goes live.

You will review different types of digital assets, including copy, graphics, funnels, landing pages, emails, SMS campaigns, paid ads, event materials, videos, reports, and proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review client-facing deliverables before release to ensure accuracy, consistency, functionality, and quality.
  • Review copy for spelling, grammar, punctuation, consistency, brand voice, product information, pricing, and other important details.
  • Review graphics for text accuracy, branding, image quality, dimensions, cropping, mobile readability, and overall consistency.
  • Test funnels and landing pages, including links, buttons, forms, checkouts, upsells, thank-you pages, tags, automations, and tracking.
  • Review email and SMS campaigns for links, merge fields, sender information, formatting, and functionality.
  • Validate paid advertising assets, URLs, UTMs, creative versions, and campaign details.
  • Review event materials to confirm dates, times, time zones, speaker information, links, and other important details.
  • Review videos for captions, on-screen text, audio, CTAs, end cards, and formatting.
  • Validate reports and proposals to ensure names, dates, numbers, and formatting are correct.
  • Document and report identified errors clearly, including their location and severity.
  • Re-check corrected deliverables before providing final QA approval.
  • Build, maintain, and improve QA checklists for different types of deliverables.
  • Identify recurring quality issues and communicate patterns to the appropriate team members.
  • Perform periodic checks of live funnels, ads, links, and automations to identify issues after launch.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, proofreading, copy editing, digital production, or a related area.
  • Excellent written English with strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with at least one funnel or website-building platform such as GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, Kajabi, WordPress, or Webflow.
  • Comfortable testing email platforms, forms, checkouts, links, and automations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of deliverables across multiple projects or clients.
  • Ability to clearly document issues and communicate feedback to other team members.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Previous agency experience.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager.
  • Understanding of UTMs, pixels, tracking, and basic analytics.
  • Familiarity with advertising compliance and platform policies.

Compensation
