You will own end-to-end quality assurance for analytics tracking across web and mobile platforms, ensuring compliance with consent rules. You will collaborate with development and analytics teams to reproduce issues, verify fixes, and support release readiness through regression testing.
Your responsibilities:
As a QA Engineer you are part of our Global Agile Team, ensuring high-quality consent-controlled web and app tracking behavior
You own end-to-end QA for analytics tracking across Adobe Launch / Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4
You verify that the correct events fire, or do not fire, based on configured consent rules
You validate event parameters, user properties, conversions, tag mappings, triggers and routing logic
You define and execute test scenarios for opt-in / opt-out journeys, consent changes after load, multi-country variants and localized differences
You ensure tracking quality across browsers, devices, iOS and Android flows, including in-app event timing
You support advanced consent scenarios such as consent sharing across domains and consent island behavior in embedded or isolated contexts
You work closely with Analytics, Development and Tag Management teams to reproduce issues, provide evidence and verify fixes
You support release readiness through regression checks and targeted validation of changed tags, rules and event mappings
The knowledge I own:
Proven QA experience with web and app tracking / analytics implementations
Good understanding of Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 concepts such as events, parameters, conversions and user properties
Strong understanding of consent-driven tracking logic, including consent state timing challenges after page or app load
Experience testing consent sharing, consent islands or similar isolation / propagation patterns
Strong QA test design skills, including structured test cases, edge case coverage and clear expected / actual results
Good bug reporting skills with clear evidence such as steps, logs, screenshots or videos
Experience supporting cross-country or multi-variant QA with a consistent verification methodology
Ability to operate as a technical contributor with minimal guidance
Strong focus on stability, predictability and traceability in consent-driven environments
