About the Role
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of our client's data and operational processes. You will be responsible for conducting quality checks, identifying errors and inconsistencies, and helping establish processes that maintain high-quality standards across the client's organization.
What You'll Do:
- Perform regular quality checks and data validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and document errors, discrepancies, and quality issues.
- Maintain and improve QA standards, checklists, and processes.
- Monitor quality results, identify recurring issues, and recommend corrective actions and process improvements.
- Prepare quality reports and insights for relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and maintain high data quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce errors and improve overall process quality.
What You Need:
- 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, data validation, data operations, or a similar role.
- Experience conducting data audits, quality checks, and error validation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies and patterns.
- Experience documenting and tracking quality issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Requirements
- Fiber internet (PLDT Fiber, Converge, Globe Fiber, etc.) – recommended speed of 100/50 Mbps
- Backup internet (mobile hotspot or secondary ISP) capable of at least 20 Mbps
- Quiet, secure, and private home workspace to protect sensitive financial and banking data
- OPTIONAL: Wired Ethernet connection preferred during work hours
- OPTIONAL: Power backup (UPS) if the location experiences frequent outages
