We are seeking a Qualified Rehabilitation Consultant (QRC) to join our expanding team in the Duluth, Minnesota/Superior, Wisconsin region. This role offers autonomy, the ability to work from your home territory, and meaningful impact within a strong, relationship-based local market.


As a local QRC, you will:
• Strengthen relationships with employers and providers across Northern Minnesota/Northern Wisconsin.
• Support injured workers in a community where effective case management truly matters.
• Help grow Stubbe’s regional footprint in a market with high opportunity and strong referral volume.


What You’ll Do

Our QRC’s partner closely with injured workers, employers, insurance carriers, and medical providers to coordinate care, eliminate barriers, and facilitate a successful return to work. This position provides autonomy with the backing of a strong Midwest leadership and clinical team.


Qualifications

  • Active QRC license
    • Workers’ compensation, case management, or occupational health experience preferred
    • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to work independently in a community-based environment
