📋 What You'll Architect

As a Qlik Data Consultant, you will help organisations transform complexity into measurable outcomes by combining technology, data, intelligence, and human decision-making.

This role is both technical and consultative, perfect for someone who can combine hands-on data analysis, dashboard development, and close collaboration with business stakeholders. We’re looking for professionals who can transform data into actionable insights that drive operational and strategic decision-making.

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimise interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Qlik Sense and Qlik Cloud.

• Develop and maintain automated reporting and distribution processes using Qlik NPrinting.

• Leverage SQL to extract, transform, analyse, and validate large and complex datasets.

• Collaborate with business teams to understand challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical solutions and data visualisations.

• Investigate existing processes and systems, identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven enhancements.

• Support decision-makers with accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

• Partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive adoption and business value from analytics solutions.

• Contribute to the continuous evolution of reporting and analytical capabilities within client environments.

🛠️ What You Bring

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant academic background in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.

• 6+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar analytical role.

• Strong experience delivering analytics and reporting solutions in business environments.

• Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.

• Professional proficiency in English.

• Portuguese or European citizenship, or a valid work permit for Portugal.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Qlik Sense.

• Solid proficiency in SQL, including working with large and complex datasets.

• Experience designing and developing analytical dashboards, reports, and visualisations.

• Previous experience publishing, managing, and maintaining analytics applications in Qlik Cloud environments.

• Knowledge of Qlik NPrinting for report generation, scheduling, distribution, and burst reporting.

• Ability to independently analyse data and uncover relevant business insights.

• Knowledge of Power BI is a strong advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to communicate findings, recommendations, and insights effectively to business users.

• Experience working closely with stakeholders to deliver practical and value-driven solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in consulting or client-facing environments.

• Exposure to international projects or multicultural teams.

• Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau and/or other BI platforms.

• Experience supporting logistics, operations, or supply chain transformation initiatives.

• Bottom of the range
  You meet the core requirements and will need ramp-up time and support.

• Middle of the range
  You are fully autonomous from Day 1 and deliver consistently.

• Top of the range
  You are a reference for the role, mentor others, and raise the bar for the team.

Final offers are based on experience, autonomy, scope, and market context, and are discussed transparently during the process.
