Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Entry-level candidates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of Manual Software Testing concepts.
- Familiarity with SDLC and STLC preferred.
- Understanding of test cases, test scenarios, and defect reporting.
- Basic knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Exposure to Jira or another defect-management tool is a plus.
- Basic SQL or API Testing knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technologies and testing processes.
- Willingness to participate in a technical readiness evaluation.
- Applicants requiring additional preparation may be offered a separate paid QA career-development program.
