QA Specialist

Purpose of the Role
Painter Marketing Pros is looking for a detail oriented QA Specialist to review and quality check marketing deliverables across the agency. This role is responsible for ensuring all client facing work is accurate, polished, on brand, and delivered to a high standard before going live. This is a full time remote role working 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

About the Role
Painter Marketing Pros is looking for an experienced Operations & Project Manager to lead operational performance and oversee project delivery across the agency. This role combines team leadership, workflow optimization, and hands on project management to ensure projects are delivered on time, at a high standard, and in alignment with company goals. This is a full time remote role working 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

What You'll Do

• Review and quality check digital marketing deliverables before client release

• Audit ad creatives, landing pages, websites, SEO deliverables, and reports

• Review social media posts, email campaigns, and automations for accuracy and consistency

• Identify formatting, spelling, design, tracking, and setup errors

• Ensure deliverables align with brand standards and client expectations

• Work closely with account managers, designers, developers, and marketing teams

• Track QA feedback and approvals within project management systems

• Help improve internal QA processes and documentation standards

• Maintain strong attention to detail across multiple active projects

Requirements

• 1 to 2+ years experience in QA, proofreading, or digital marketing quality control

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong written English and understanding of grammar and formatting

• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, websites, and digital marketing deliverables

• Experience with ClickUp, Google Workspace, WordPress, or similar tools

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast paced environment

• Self motivated and able to work independently in a remote team setting

• Reliable computer and high speed internet connection required

• Available full time Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST
