A Sneak Peek at Your Future Role

You will support active development teams. Your most important contribution is making every team capable of testing well without you.

The engineering culture here is automation-first. The team has already built self-service deployment pipelines, and they want QA to follow the same philosophy. Your mission is to create the processes and pipelines that enable developers to own quality end-to-end, so QA becomes a capability embedded in every team.

There is already a proof of concept on the table: an AI tool that reads Jira tickets and automatically generates test cases, saving hours of work. You will be the person who takes ideas like this from proof of concept to production.

Here Are the Key Tasks You’ll Be Working on Every Day

• Audit the current state of QA across all development teams, identify gaps, and build a clear automation roadmap with concrete goals and milestones.

• Design and implement automation frameworks and quality gates that teams can adopt and run independently, without requiring QA involvement for every release.

• Act as the reference for QA standards and practices, enabling teams to self-serve, raise the quality, and integrate quality checks into deployment pipelines.

• Define and track QA metrics such as test coverage, defect rates, and release quality, and use them to drive continuous improvement across teams.

• Evaluate new AI and automation approaches regularly and bring forward the ones that will have the most impact.

We’re Thrilled to Have You Consider Joining Our Team. Here Are the Qualifications We’re Seeking

• Strong experience in Automated Quality Assurance, with a proven track record leading or scaling QA across multiple teams or products.

• Extensive expertise in test automation architecture, including practical experience developing and integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.

• Solid engineering background in .NET / C#, with experience in test automation frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright.

• Working knowledge of API testing, performance testing, and cloud architectures, tools like Postman, JMeter, Azure Load Testing, and environments such as Azure microservices and serverless.

• Strong interest in AI-powered QA tooling and a track record of turning ideas into working solutions.

• Autonomous and structured approach to work, able to assess what exists, identify gaps, and define a plan.

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
