Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, executing, and automating test cases to verify software functionality, usability, performance, and security. Assessing and documenting test results with precision and take initiative in resolving identified issues (reporting all necessary information to the engineering team).

  • Taking ownership and responsibility when signing off new code to live/production environments.

  • Contributing to the development of test strategies, plans, and methodologies for the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Designing and developing automated test scripts, frameworks, and tools to streamlining the testing process.

  • Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality is considered at every stage of software development.

  • Analyzing testing processes and proposing improvements, exploring new testing techniques, and suggesting ways to enhance overall software quality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or any other relevant field.

  • A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in a position as QA Engineer.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and robust analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in test management software for streamlined processes.

  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is highly desirable.

  • Solid knowledge of the Development and Defect Life cycle.

  • Effective time management and organizational skills.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
