We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Campaign Specialist to support the quality assurance and testing of CRM and marketing campaigns throughout the World Cup campaign cycle. This role is focused exclusively on QA and validation — not campaign builds or development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily testing and validation of campaigns, customer journeys, and CRM flows across multiple devices and platforms to ensure flawless execution and user experience.

This is a highly operational, hands-on role requiring consistency, organization, and exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily QA testing of CRM and marketing campaigns across all devices and platforms
  • Validate campaign flows, automations, triggers, and customer journeys
  • Test emails, landing pages, SMS, push notifications, and CRM communications for functionality and accuracy
  • Conduct ongoing quality checks throughout the World Cup campaign period
  • Identify bugs, formatting issues, broken links, rendering inconsistencies, and flow errors
  • Document findings clearly and provide detailed notes for required revisions and edits
  • Verify campaigns render correctly across desktop, mobile, tablet, and multiple browsers/devices
  • Ensure campaigns meet brand, functional, and user experience standards
  • Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing, and production teams to communicate issues and confirm fixes
  • Retest corrected campaigns and validate final approvals before launch
  • Maintain organized QA tracking and testing documentation

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in QA/testing for CRM, email marketing, or digital campaigns
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies quickly
  • Experience testing across multiple devices, operating systems, and browsers
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume campaign environment
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through

Preferred Experience

  • Experience QA’ing large-scale marketing or sports/event campaigns
  • Familiarity with customer journey testing and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Iterable, or similar platforms
  • Prior experience supporting high-frequency campaign environments
