Tasks

What You'll Work On

Test Automation: Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for modern web applications and backend services.

API & Integration Testing: Develop automated API and integration tests to validate complex business workflows and distributed systems.

Quality Engineering: Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and DevOps teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycle.

CI/CD & DevOps: Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and contribute to continuous delivery practices.

Performance & Reliability: Support performance, regression, and end-to-end testing initiatives to ensure highly reliable software releases.

Defect Analysis: Identify, reproduce, document, and help resolve software issues while continuously improving test coverage.

Innovation: Work on modern SaaS platforms, AI-enabled products, cloud-native systems, and high-scale applications serving thousands—or even millions—of users.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in QA Automation, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering (Senior opportunities are also available).

Automation Skills: Experience with modern automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, or similar tools.

Programming: Hands-on experience with at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or C#.

API Testing: Solid understanding of REST APIs and experience with tools like Postman, REST Assured, Karate, or similar.

Testing Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of functional, regression, integration, smoke, and end-to-end testing methodologies.

CI/CD & Tooling: Familiarity with Git, Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar continuous integration environments.

Data & Systems: Basic knowledge of SQL databases, distributed systems, and modern software architectures.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills within cross-functional, international teams.
Nice to Have

• Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, k6, or Gatling.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience testing microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.
• Interest or experience in AI-assisted testing, automation platforms, or LLM-enabled products.
• Experience in industries such as Fintech, SaaS, E-commerce, Data Platforms, or Enterprise Software.
