Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. This role involves leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust architecture and seamless integration across systems.
Your Role
- Technical Leadership
- Define and implement software architecture for complex systems.
- Guide development teams in best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure adherence to design principles and maintain technical quality standards.
- Development & Testing
- Lead development efforts using Python and modern frameworks.
- Design and implement serverless architectures leveraging AWS services.
- Establish and enforce unit testing strategies to maintain code quality.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with QA, DevOps, and Product Owners to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and release management.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
- Drive automation and optimisation across development and deployment processes.
Your Profile
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AWS cloud services.
- Expertise in serverless computing and microservices architecture.
- Solid understanding of software design patterns and scalable architecture.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leading technical teams or projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
