Position summary

We’re looking for a Publishing Producer to join us later this year in publishing games that matter, and connecting games with players as we expand and add some extra focus in the LatAm region.

You’ll be part of a Product Team, working closely with a Product Manager, a Brand Manager and the External Developer to align creative, commercial, and player-facing efforts. Together, you’ll help guide titles through our publishing pipeline—from early concept to launch and beyond.

We want this role to have local presence, so it's a remote opening but operating from the LatAm region with the local networks that comes with it.

Responsibilities

As a Publishing Producer you will:

  • Provide production stewardship across multiple titles in our portfolio

  • Oversee content and feature alignment for assigned projects, balancing creative and production priorities

  • Align project-level delivery with product and publishing strategy

  • Lead conversations around trade-offs in scope, timeline, and quality for the products you work with

  • Ensures that project feasibility aligns with financial and operational objectives

  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure realistic planning and effective risk mitigation

  • Drive communication and alignment across internal teams (brand, product, platform, PX, etc.

Requirements and Skills Needed for the Role

We’re looking for someone with production and publishing experience. You likely have:

  • Experience shipping multiple titles in a production or publishing role, ideally with full ownership

  • Deep knowledge of project planning, risk management, and production workflows

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both with developers and internal teams

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to balance business goals with creative needs

  • Experience working across departments (e.g. brand, product, platform, QA)
