Salary Range: $21.15 - 22.12

 Reports To: Director of Provider Operations

 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

🧭 Position Summary

Working closely with providers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing relationship management, this role focuses on data management, credentialing/recredentialing, grievance resolution, and provider support across all product lines.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage provider data for profile creation and maintenance
• Assist with claims issues, document discussions, and route concerns to the appropriate party for resolution
• Build and foster positive provider relationships through clear communication and responsive support 
• Credential new providers in accordance with MTI and industry standards prior to network entry
• Recredential existing providers within industry timelines and standards
• Conducts timely Provider Data Management (PDM) activities ensuring effective utilization of provider services, contracted rates and other terms.
• Facilitate provider improvement through coaching and performance support initiatives

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless provider support and process efficiency

🎓 Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of healthcare credentialing, provider grievance management. , or workers’ compensation claims experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

💡 Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree in healthcare, Business, or related field
• Certification in Credentialing (CPCS or similar)
• Experience in provider data management or healthcare operations
