Manage the iGaming content catalog and casino lobby, including product setup, collections, availability, duplicate removal, and bonus conditions. Build provider relationships, negotiate commercial terms and promotional placements, maintain the commitments calendar, and coordinate with related teams.

Hi!

We are Boosta, a holding tech company that creates, develops, and invests in digital businesses with global potential. Today, we collaborate with over 800 specialists from different parts of the world, and millions of users use our products and services.

We are currently looking for a strong Provider Partnership Manager to join our partner company, which is building products in the iGaming vertical. The company is driven by a team of professionals with 10+ years of industry experience, united by one clear goal: to create the best solutions on the market.

In the Provider Partnership Manager position, you will be responsible for:

  • Content catalog management: adding, testing, activating, regularly updating, and archiving products.
  • Platform lobby updates: configuring categories, collections, and the list of providers.
  • Creating and populating content collections: manual and automated addition of content to collections and their regular updates.
  • Content availability control: monitoring how content is displayed depending on GEO, language settings, and user segments.
  • Removing duplicates: timely detection and deactivation of duplicate products, as well as products with outdated or incorrect settings.
  • Setting up bonus terms: configuring bonus conditions for individual products or categories.
  • Finding direct contacts with providers: establishing and developing direct contacts with key representatives and account managers of providers.
  • Negotiating discounts: agreeing with providers’ account managers on royalty discounts and special commercial terms in exchange for placing products in promo placements on the website.
  • Featuring planning: developing and agreeing with providers on plans for promoting products on the platform on preferential commercial terms.
  • Managing the agreements calendar: operational control and maintenance of the calendar of commitments on featuring and provider promo placements.
  • Daily communication and coordination with related teams and departments.

Must-have experience for this role:

  • 1+ year of experience in the iGaming vertical (mandatory).
  • Experience with iGaming platform admin panels: managing the content catalog, categories, collections, and provider filters.
  • Excellent knowledge of the iGaming content market: leading providers, understanding of product mechanics and key metrics.
  • Experience in commercial communication with providers: requesting discounts, agreeing on featuring.
  • Confident use of task management and teamwork tools: Jira, Google Sheets, Confluence.

We’ll definitely be a great match if you:

  • think like an owner and take responsibility for results, not just the process;
  • enjoy building systems from scratch rather than following predefined instructions;
  • are ambitious and see yourself growing into more senior roles in the near future;
  • feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is the norm;
  • value autonomy and independence.

Selection process:

  • Stage 1: Pre-screen.
  • Stage 2: Interview.
  • Stage 3: Job Offer.

Why people choose us:

  • competitive compensation is our principle — strong specialists deserve fair pay;
  • a transparent bonus program tied to financial KPIs: when the company earns more, you earn more;
  • real growth with us — those who join now get priority for leadership roles as the company scales;
  • freedom without micromanagement — you own your area and decide how to achieve results;
  • product impact — everyone contributes to discussions, shares ideas, and influences the entire ecosystem;
  • learning on us — we cover 80% of courses, conferences, and events;
  • English with a teacher — lessons and speaking clubs for the whole team;
  • mental health support — we cover sessions with a psychologist or therapist of your choice;
  • comfort & balance — fully remote, 28 days of paid vacation, paid sick leave, and medical insurance.
