Responsibilities:
  • Lead the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and synthesize information for proposals.
  • Write and edit proposal content that is clear, persuasive, and tailored to client needs.
  • Manage proposal timelines and ensure all submissions are delivered on time.
  • Conduct reviews and incorporate feedback to enhance proposal quality.
  • Maintain a repository of proposal templates and best practices for future submissions.
  • Participate in post-submission debriefs to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform proposal strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in proposal management or business development.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in government contracting is a plus.
