About the Role
We are looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our Commercial team and play a key role in supporting the development of proposals, budgets, change orders and contracts for both new and existing opportunities. This role is central to helping us deliver high-quality, responsive support throughout the proposal and client delivery process.
What will your job look like?
Coordinating new Request for Proposal (RFP) activity, including proposal development, pricing and vendor quotes.
Working with department heads and project managers to build proposal documents and develop pricing for new opportunities using the ECCO pricing tool.
Supporting change in scope requests, including pricing updates, work orders and change orders in collaboration with internal teams and Legal.
Liaising with clients to develop budgets and pricing for new work, and supporting discussions around service offerings, pricing and payment terms.
Maintaining Salesforce and supporting wider business development activity, including market intelligence, lead support and marketing materials.
What will you need to succeed?
A Bachelor’s degree in Life Science or a related field with proven business development experience, or equivalent education, training and experience as a healthcare professional
An understanding of the principles of drug discovery and development.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong analytical skills, business awareness and the ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines and relationships effectively.
